pletorco/konduo-frontend repository overview

Konduo Community Edition

Konduo Community Edition is an integrated operations and monitoring platform.

It provides a Go-based backend and a Svelte-based web UI for managing monitoring targets, metric-based operational views, dashboards, alert rules, and alert delivery channels in one workflow.

This image is part of the Konduo CE container stack.

Container Stack

Konduo CE is intended to be used with:

  • pletorco/konduo-backend
  • pletorco/konduo-frontend
  • PostgreSQL
  • Prometheus

Optional:

  • pletorco/konduo-manual-ce

Docker Compose Quick Start

For a local first run, create a working directory:

mkdir -p konduo-quickstart/prometheus
cd konduo-quickstart

Prepare your .env, compose.yml, and Prometheus configuration using the full Docker Compose guide linked below.

Then start the stack:

docker compose --env-file .env -f compose.yml pull
docker compose --env-file .env -f compose.yml up -d
docker compose --env-file .env -f compose.yml ps

Open Konduo in your browser:

http://localhost:5173

If the optional manual container is enabled in your Compose setup, the Community manual is served together with the frontend under:

http://localhost:5173/manual/

Configuration Highlights

Images

Required:

  • Backend: pletorco/konduo-backend
  • Frontend: pletorco/konduo-frontend

Optional:

  • Manual: pletorco/konduo-manual-ce

Operational Notes

For local validation, latest is convenient.

For repeatable validation, pre-production, or production-like environments:

  • Use version tags or digest pinning instead of latest.
  • Generate stable secrets and keep them across restarts and upgrades.
  • Change all default passwords.
  • Keep PostgreSQL data on a persistent volume.
  • Back up PostgreSQL regularly.
  • Review TLS, firewall rules, network exposure, and reverse proxy settings before exposing Konduo externally.

Full Guide

The full Docker Compose guide covers .env configuration, PostgreSQL, Prometheus, first login, validation steps, optional manual access, and basic production considerations:
